Job summary

Anord Mardix is seeking a Regional Cost Accounting Manager to join our manufacturing finance team across EMEA and USA, with an emphasis on cost control and profitability. The role is based in Dundalk, Ireland, and offers a flexible/hybrid arrangement with travel to Poland and other sites.

You will lead cost accounting, budgeting, and project costing using SAP S/4HANA and OneStream, collaborating with sites and GBS to ensure data accuracy and actionable insights for leadership.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in a similar position in a manufacturing company.
• Higher education in economics, CIMA, ACMA, CGMA, ACCA.
• Understanding of P&L structure and cost allocation to projects; project accounting.
• Excellent Excel and Power BI; AI tools are a plus.
• Knowledge of US-GAAP, SAP S/4HANA and OneStream is an asset.
• Excellent communication skills in English to interface with stakeholders.
• High attention to detail with a service mindset.
• Ownership and drive to deliver results; travel ~50%.
• Eligible to work in Poland/Ireland.

Responsibilities

• Support Financial Director in assessing profitability for EMEA and USA.
• Implement SAP S/4HANA and travel to sites.
• Provide site teams with system support (SAP, OneStream, Excel) and troubleshoot.
• Prepare data analyses and recommendations for senior management.
• Collaborate with forecasting for month-end close.
• Prepare scheduled and ad-hoc reports for analytics/leadership.
• Participate in finance-related projects.
• Generate and review financial KPIs and ensure data definitions are followed.
• Coordinate with Shared Services (GBS) within assigned duties.
