Axiom is seeking a Regional Cost Accounting Manager to join our finance team in a fast-paced, international environment. The role involves profitability assessments for EMEA and USA, SAP S/4HANA implementation, and providing technical support to site teams with SAP, OneStream, and Excel.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in cost accounting within manufacturing, strong Excel/Power BI skills, and excellent English communication.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a similar cost accounting role in manufacturing.
• Experience implementing SAP S/4HANA and OneStream.
• Strong Excel and Power BI with analytical mindset.
• Excellent English communication.
• Eligibility to work in Poland/Ireland.

Responsibilities

• Support Financial Director to assess profitability for EMEA and USA.
• Implement SAP S/4HANA and travel to sites.
• Provide site teams with technical assistance (systems, SAP, OneStream, Excel).
• Prepare data analyses and reports for senior management.
• Collaborate with forecasting month-end close.
• Prepare scheduled and ad-hoc reports for leadership.
• Participate in finance-related projects.
• Generate key operating statistics and ensure data definitions.
• Cooperate with the GBS within duties.
