ZURU is seeking a Marketing Executive to drive our baby-brand marketing across Central/Eastern Europe and the UAE from our Warsaw office. You will translate global brand plans into local market activity and work with the Senior Marketing Manager to fuel growth.

In this role, you’ll manage day-to-day marketing execution, PR, influencer programs, digital campaigns, budgets, and retailer collaborations across your markets.

Qualificações

• Relevant experience in a brand or digital marketing role, or equivalent from an agency (min 2 years).
• Ability to collaborate and foster a high-performing culture.
• Exceptional multitasking across multiple markets and priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Manage day-to-day execution of marketing activity for baby brands across Poland, Czech Republic, Hungary and UAE.
• Execute local marketing strategies, adapting global brand plans to markets and best-in-class FMCG practices.
• Support GTM planning and activation for new markets, retailers and NPD launches.
• Act as day-to-day contact for PR and local agency relationships and manage their activity.
• Manage influencer campaigns, including briefs, KPIs, approvals and performance evaluation.
• Execute influencer seeding campaigns and events in markets and secure content.
• Support digital marketing campaigns and collaborate with internal Digital Marketing team to improve efficiency.
• Reconcile brand marketing budgets with Senior Marketing Manager.
• Act as main contact for customer service across markets and manage updates.
• Coordinate retail marketing planning and in-store activity with partners and distributors.
• Manage retailer listings with Ecommerce team and ensure ongoing updates.
• Conduct post-activity evaluation and derive insights for future brand activity.
