A leading company in consulting and technology services is seeking a Recruitment Specialist in Kraków. You will manage the end-to-end recruitment process for Early Career positions, establishing strong relationships with Hiring Managers while ensuring a positive candidate experience. What do you need to start?
• Around 1 year of professional experience in end to end recruitment
• Very good communication skills
• Excellent customer service and client interaction,
• Flexible and open-minded
• Fluent English (at least B2)

What duties will help you grow?
The main purpose is to own end-to-end recruitment process, built positive relations with Hiring Managers and candidate experience.

Main accountabilities:
• conducting end-to-end recruitment process for Early Career positions (contact with candidates, search via internal database and external sources)
• Building and maintaining long lasting relations with Hiring Managers
• Regular ad hoc reporting about recruitment matters
• Setting up priorities according to the business requirements
