Qualifications

  • Fluency in English (written and spoken).
  • Proven experience in finance, accounting, or reconciliation roles.
  • Solid understanding of accounting principles and reconciliation workflows.
  • Advanced Excel skills; familiarity with ERP systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage priorities.
  • Willingness to work with US clients (including potential night shifts).

Responsibilities

  • Perform payroll reconciliation balance sheet reviews.
  • Support month-end reporting and project cost closure (WIP, accruals, DI, PP).
  • Analyse variances and collaborate with stakeholders to explain and resolve discrepancies.
  • Support reporting and forecasting in ERP (Axiom) system.
  • Perform P&L analysis and support project codes review.
  • Support Flash reports, monthly forecasts, review and cost allocation.
