Position

Seeking a detail-oriented Reception Assistant to provide administrative support for our team. This role involves managing office and diverse administrative tasks. We are looking for an organized and proactive person who can efficiently set up priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure the smooth running of the office (supplies, equipment, minor organizational matters).
  • Contact and cooperation with suppliers, and support for the team and management.
  • Organization of business trips (hotel and transport reservations, etc.).
  • Support company meetings and events (rooms, materials, logistics).
  • Assistance with administrative tasks and the opportunity to learn new things.
Qualifications
  • Minimum one year of experience in a similar role (experience in an international environment would be an additional asset).
  • Good work organization and ability to set priorities.
  • Accuracy, punctuality, and work independence.
  • Positive attitude and focus on cooperation.
  • Knowledge of MS Office.
  • Basic knowledge of travel and event organization would be an additional advantage.
  • Language skills: Polish - min. B2; English – min. B2
