Software Mind Poland is seeking a software developer to join a project building a real-time telemetry data processing platform. You will work with a Java layer and performance-critical C++ modules to help process large streaming data volumes.

Expect to contribute to system development, integration, performance optimization, and enhancement of core platform capabilities. The role values hands-on problem solving and collaboration in a mixed tech stack.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a software developer (mid or senior).
• Practical experience with Java 8+.
• Fluency in written and spoken Polish and English.

Responsibilities

• Join a project focused on real-time telemetry data processing platform and contribute to system development.
• Work with Java and C++ modules to optimize performance and scalability.
