Job summary

Ericsson GmbH in Kraków is offering an internship as a Software Engineer focusing on RAN software within the Traffic Control organization. You can join for 3 or 12 months and will gain hands-on experience in mobile networks, AI/ML exploration, and software development lifecycle.

You will be mentored by experienced professionals, work on real company projects, and have access to dedicated trainings and knowledge sharing to boost your ICT career in a multicultural environment.

Qualifications

• Student or graduate in a related ICT field.
• Familiar with the software development lifecycle, version control and scripting basics.
• Programming skills in C++.
• Interest in AI and ML; experience with AI tools is a plus.
• Good English speaking and writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Deep dive into mobile network solutions and 5G/RAN topology.
• Contribute to the SW development lifecycle from study to coding, testing and documentation.
• Learn and apply SW troubleshooting methodologies.
• Collaborate with a skilled team to investigate and analyze customer issues.
• Perform fault reproduction and configuration work in Ericsson's environment; understand RAN SW architecture and 3GPP connections.
• Support digitalization by exploring and implementing AI/ML solutions.
