Sweco Design Center Poland, part of the Sweco Group, provides design services across infrastructure, transport, urban planning and IT systems. The team collaborates with Sweden, Norway and Denmark to deliver railway and related projects from Poland.

The role offers hybrid work from Poland (Kraków, Wrocław, Poznań, Gdańsk, Olsztyn) and remote options for Poland-based employees. We value collaboration, technical excellence, and cross-disciplinary teamwork.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in telecom.
• Experience in Railway/Light Rail/Tramway/Subway planning and design, template design, cross sections, and drawing preparation.
• Very good communication skills in English (written and spoken).
• Nice to have: experience with technical leadership, Swedish exposure.

Aufgaben

• Perform design work – drawings and models.
• Prepare reviews of own and others' work.
• Produce system descriptions and plan descriptions.
• Work on railway design assignments with layout, installation, and other drawings.
• Collaborate across disciplines such as Track, Ducting, Ground, Catenary and Electrics.

The Sweco Design Center Poland operates as an internal design center within the Sweco Group. It specializes in providing expert services in planning, engineering, architecture, and design across diverse sectors, including infrastructure, transportation, urban planning, construction, energy, manufacturing, and IT systems. The Design Center currently collaborates with three countries: Sweden, Norway and Denmark.

• Perform design work – both drawings and models;
• Prepare review of own and others work;
• Produce results in the forms of system descriptions technical descriptions, plan descriptions;
• Working on railway design assignments with lay out, installation, and other relevant drawings;
• Collaboration within the discipline and coordination with other disciplines such as Track, Ducting, Ground, Catenary and Electrics, etc.

Our Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field;
• 5+ years of experience of relevant experience in telecom;
• Experience in Railway/Lightrail/Tramway/Subway planning and design, template design, cross sections, and drawing preparation;
• Very good communication skills in English (written and spoken);
• Good to have: experience with technical leading, any kind of Swedish experience.
