Job summary

Alstom in Katowice is seeking a Project Quality & Safety Expert to lead quality assurance across project lifecycles. The role requires coordinating with engineering and project teams to uphold QMS and ensure compliance with quality standards.

Strong collaboration and travel flexibility are expected for international engagements. The ideal candidate will bring project execution experience, knowledge of ISO9001 and QA tools, and fluency in Polish with at least B2 English.

Qualifications

• Experience in Engineering or Project Execution.
• Knowledge of ISO9001 and quality tools (5Why, 8D).
• Fluent Polish; English at least B2.
• Railway industry knowledge is a plus.
• Analytical thinking and problem solving.
• Team collaboration and communication.
• Willing to travel internationally.

Responsibilities

• Represent the Project Manager on quality matters and delegate to ensure QMS implementation.
• Prepare and submit the Quality Management Plan (QMP).
• Prepare, submit and review System Review, System Audit, CAPA procedures.
• Schedule and conduct Project Quality Audits (PQA).
• Oversee corrective and preventive actions and track non-conformances.
• Review design QMPs and related documents with subcontractors.
• Review ITPs, Test Plans and Test Reports.
• Prepare monthly quality activity reports for the project.
