ITConnect is seeking a Project Manager to support the RACF Access Control, Onboarding & Clean-up track. You will oversee day-to-day delivery, collaborate with the RACF Integration Team and IAM experts, and drive milestones in a regulated banking environment.

You will lead cross-functional teams, maintain governance and risk controls, and identify automation opportunities to accelerate delivery while ensuring stakeholder engagement and compliance.

Qualifikationen

• Experience managing or coordinating projects in banking or regulated environments.
• Strong governance, reporting, and risk management skills.
• Familiarity with IAM/RACF or mainframe security is desirable.

Aufgaben

• Support Deputy RACF Project Leader in planning, coordinating and executing activities.
• Drive progress across business delivery teams to meet milestones.
• Facilitate daily standups, workshops, and stakeholder meetings.
• Maintain action logs, project docs, and status reports.
• Track risks, issues, dependencies, and actions with escalation as needed.
• Prepare management-ready status updates and governance materials.
• Identify and implement automation opportunities to improve delivery efficiency.
