Job summary

DCG is seeking a Deputy Project Manager for IAM/RACF in Warsaw. You will support the RACF project leader, coordinate delivery across business units, and drive efficiencies through automation opportunities. The role requires experience in regulated environments and strong governance and communication skills.

Fluency in English is required, with proven ability to manage priorities and coordinate multiple stakeholders across complex projects.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Identity and Access Management (IAM) and access control processes.
• Familiarity with RACF or mainframe security environments.
• Experience managing or coordinating projects in banking or regulated environments.
• Experience identifying process improvements and automation opportunities.
• Strong governance, reporting, and risk management practices.
• Understanding regulatory, audit, and risk requirements in financial institutions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain action logs and project documentation.
• Drive accountability for actions across stakeholders and teams.
• Track risks, issues, dependencies, and actions; escalate when needed.
• Prepare status reports and management presentations; maintain progress trackers.
• Support governance and reporting requirements for the project.
• Develop recommendations for automation opportunities and manage implementation.

Deputy Project Manager (IAM/RACF)

Responsibilities:

• Support and act as an Deputy of the RACF Project Leader in planning, coordinating, and executing project activities
• Drive progress across Business Delivery (BD) teams and ensure delivery against agreed timelines and milestones
• Facilitate daily project team standups, focused (virtual) workshops, and ad-hoc stakeholder meetings
• Maintain action and decision logs and project documentation
• Drive accountability for actions and commitments across participating project stakeholders
• Track project risks, issues, dependencies, and actions, escalating where appropriate
• Maintain project progress trackers for and prepare status reports, presentations for management
• Support project governance processes and reporting requirements
• Develop recommendations for automation opportunities and manage implementation activities

Requirements:

• Knowledge of Identity and Access Management (IAM) and access control processes
• Familiarity with RACF or mainframe security environments
• Proven experience managing or coordinating projects within banking, financial services, or other regulated environments
• Experience identifying and implementing process improvement and automation opportunities

• Fluency in English
