Amer Sports Kraków is seeking a Record to Report Senior Accounting Specialist (JE/Reporting/Inventory) to join the 2nd shift team supporting North America operations. The role focuses on accurate financial reporting, process improvement, and cross-entity collaboration within the R2R JE, reporting, and inventory remit.

You will reconcile ledgers, manage close activities, and collaborate with auditors and commercial teams in a dynamic, sports-and-outdoors brand environment.

Qualifications

• At least 6 years of accounting experience, with 4+ years in general ledger accounting.
• Experience with SAP Finance and reconciliation tools like Blackline.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review balance sheet account reconciliations for multiple entities.
• Monitor general ledger accounts during period-end closings.
• Process Inventory transactions (Goods in Transit, Inventory Reserve); perform GR/IR analysis.
• Support daily, monthly, and ad-hoc tasks within the team and perform closing activities as scheduled.
• Assist auditors during interim and year-end audits and respond to queries.
