Job summary

Capgemini Kraków is seeking a Finance Transformation professional to join our R2R (Record to Report) team. You will analyze processes, map current flows, and design improvements that drive automation and efficiency for our global clients.

We value hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA or SAP ECC, as well as strong communication in English. The role offers a hybrid work model and opportunities to grow within a collaborative, learning-focused environment.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in R2R processes.
• Solid understanding of finance operations and process improvement principles.
• Experience creating process documentation, procedures, and process maps.
• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, Oracle, or similar ERP solutions.
• Strong communication and presentation skills in English.
• Proactive, self-driven approach and ability to work independently.
• Experience working with clients, stakeholders, or project teams.
• Continuous improvement mindset with interest in automation and digital transformation.

Responsibilities

• Support Finance Transformation projects focused on R2R processes and technology improvements
• Analyze existing processes and identify opportunities for optimization and automation
• Prepare process documentation, business requirements, and solution proposals
• Participate in process assessments, benchmarking, and operating model design activities
• Gather and analyze data to develop recommendations for clients
• Contribute to ERP and finance platform implementation projects
• Support workshops, meetings, training sessions, and change management activities
• Collaborate with clients and project teams to deliver business transformation initiatives
