Job summary

A global leader in technology solutions based in Poland seeks an experienced individual for the R2R role. Key responsibilities include managing invoices, project figures, and intercompany transactions while collaborating with Project Managers. Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years of experience in accounting, fluent English, and a well-organized work ethic. • Issue draft invoices and invoices.
• Check current figures on projects and their impact on results.
• Reconcile intercompany transactions.
• Prepare and execute Period End Close activities.
• Daily cooperation with Project Managers and Business controllers.

• Issue of draft invoices and invoices
• Check of current figures on projects and their impact on results, Corrections to project costs and revenue
• Reconciliation of intercompany transactions and agreement of Intercompany balances with counterparties
• Preparation and execution of Period End Close related activities according to agreed time table and procedures
• Daily cooperation with Project Managers and Business controllers

YOUR PROFILE

• At least 2 years of previous experience in R2R
• Fluent level of English
• Accounting process knowledge
• Multitasking, ability to organize your own work according to procedures
• Deep knowledge of the process, policies and desk top procedures within their engagement
