Job summary

LanceSoft Europe is seeking an R&D / Quality Systems Support Specialist to assist day-to-day operations of R&D and Quality systems.

You will provide end-user support, manage incidents, coordinate testing and deployments, and help maintain data quality. The role also involves training material preparation and documentation maintenance across global teams.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience working with R&D or Quality systems.
• Experience in end-user support, incident management, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
• Knowledge of system testing, SIT, UAT, end-to-end testing, test scenarios and scripts.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical requirements and coordinate with development teams.
• Experience in data analysis, data quality management, root cause analysis, and process compliance.
• Strong communication skills for remote collaboration with business users and technical teams.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Bachelor's degree in Science, IT Systems, Food Safety or related subject is desirable.

Responsibilities

• We are looking for an R&D / Quality Systems Support Specialist to support day-to-day operations of R&D and Quality systems.
• The role involves providing end-user support, managing incidents, coordinating system issue resolution, conducting system testing, supporting change management, and ensuring data quality and business process compliance.
• The candidate will collaborate with digital technology teams, Regional R&D Systems Functional Experts, Segment Data Custodians, and business users to resolve issues, implement system improvements, and deploy new capabilities.
• The role also involves preparing training materials, maintaining testing documentation, analysing data quality issues, and supporting users during system deployments.

Required:

• At least 3 years of experience working with R&D or Quality systems.
• Experience in end-user support, incident management, troubleshooting, and system issue resolution.
• Knowledge of system testing, including SIT, UAT, end-to-end testing, test scenarios, and test scripts.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical requirements and coordinate with development teams.
• Experience in data analysis, data quality management, root cause analysis, and process compliance.
