Job summary

Electrolux Group in Zabrze seeks an experienced R&D Project Leader to guide new projects from definition to series production, coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring fit within the platform and subsystems.

The role requires a degree in engineering, at least three years' experience as a project leader in R&D product development, English proficiency, and preferably PMP certification. You will report to project governance bodies and drive innovation with a focus on quality and safety.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering or equivalent industry experience.
• Minimum of three years of experience as a Project Leader in R&D Product Development.
• PMP certification is preferred.
• Proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage projects in areas such as new platform or subsystem projects, new features and design improvements, cost reduction, quality improvement, and platform or subsystem standardization.
• Drive and coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
• Support and drive projects from definition to series production approval.
• Report in CP-meetings/steering team meetings.
• Create investment requests when applicable.
• Ensure assured safety and quality standards are met.
