Hitachi Energy's Research Center in Krakow seeks an R&D Operational Specialist in Experimental Research, Testing and Measurements to join a dynamic team across materials science and energy technologies.
You will conduct advanced laboratory measurements, operate specialized testing equipment, and generate high-quality data to support innovative technologies for a sustainable energy future. English fluency and hands-on lab experience are essential.
Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with laboratory equipment and measurement systems.
- Experience with mechanical, thermal, electrical or vibroacoustic testing is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple experiments.
Responsibilities
- Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot lab equipment for material testing.
- Design and execute experimental tests across technical domains.
- Perform mechanical, thermal, electrical, and vibroacoustic measurements.
- Analyze test results and ensure data quality and traceability.
- Ensure compliance with HSE and quality procedures.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver experimental solutions.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of lab methods and sharing knowledge.
