Job summary

Sherwin-Williams Poland is seeking a Group Leader to direct the technical effort of the coatings lab, establishing project plans, ensuring customer and manufacturing requirements are met by testing and performance criteria.

You will supervise chemists and technicians, develop formulas, support product transfers, and provide feedback on test results while ensuring compliance with standards and timely project delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in science, technology, engineering or math required.
• Coating lab experience and 3–5 years preferred.
• Strong knowledge of QA, product transfers and KPI tracking.
• Proficient in Minitab and Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor chemists and technicians on a daily basis.
• Develop and transfer formulas with QA and process teams.
• Review test results and recommend formulation modifications.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Manage KPI indicators in Navigator and ERP.
