Job summary

Kraft Heinz in Poland is seeking a technologist to develop, scale up and validate new and existing products in small and mid-sized projects, including processes and process parameters.

You will prepare and execute kitchen and production trials of new or changed recipes, ensure best practices are followed, and support R&D technologists with documentation, specifications, trials and post-trial activities.

Qualifications

• Master degree in Food Technology / Food Chemistry or related field.
• Experience as technologist in food/chemical/pharma is a plus.
• Fluent in English and Polish.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, scale up and validate new and existing products in small and mid-sized projects, including processes and process parameters.
• Prepare and execute kitchen and production trials of new or changed recipes.
• Ensure product and process best practices are followed and implemented.
• Support R&D technologists in managing documents, specifications, trials preparation and post-trials activities.
