Job summary

Demant Polska is seeking a technically minded student to assist in deploying and operating IBM DOORS Next Generation (DNG), our strategic requirements management platform. You will work with the R&D teams across Denmark and Poland, gaining hands-on experience in testing, user support, data quality, and AI-enabled tooling.

The role focuses on practical exposure to software testing, process improvements, and AI technologies within a global engineering setting.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Support rollout and operation of IBM DOORS Next Generation platform.
• Assist with software testing, user support, and process improvements.
• Document test results and maintain training materials.
