Job summary

Demant Polska is seeking a technically minded student to assist in deploying and operating IBM DOORS Next Generation (DNG), our strategic requirements management platform. You will work with the R&D teams across Denmark and Poland, gaining hands-on experience in testing, user support, data quality, and AI-enabled tooling.

The role focuses on practical exposure to software testing, process improvements, and AI technologies within a global engineering setting.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.

Are you a technically minded student looking to gain hands-on experience with modern engineering tools, digital transformation, and AI?

We are looking for an Assistant to support the rollout and operation of IBM DOORS Next Generation (DNG), our strategic requirements management platform. You will be part of a team driving a major transformation across R&D and work closely with colleagues in both Denmark and Poland.

This is an opportunity to gain practical experience with software testing, user support, process improvement, and emerging AI technologies in a global engineering environment.

This is fixed term contract for 9 months.

What tasks are waiting for you?

As our new Assistant, you will support the team in areas such as:

• Testing new functionality and enhancements in DNG platform
• Executing test cases and documenting test resultsSupporting users during rollout and hypercare activities
• Investigating reported issues and helping coordinate resolution
• Maintaining training materials, guides, and knowledge articles
• Assisting with data quality reviews and migration-related activities
• Supporting workshops, training sessions, and communication activities
• Exploring opportunities to automate work and improve processes using AI
• Participating in the development and testing of AI-based assistants and tools

Qualifications

• Are currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
• Have strong English communication skills, both written and spoken
• Enjoy learning new digital tools and technologies
• Are structured, curious, and able to work independently
• Have good collaboration skills and enjoy working with colleagues across locations

Preferred qualifications

• Interest in software testing or quality assurance
• Experience with IT systems, databases, scripting, or programming
• Knowledge of AI, automation, or Copilot technologies
• Experience with requirements management or engineering tools
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Power Platform, or similar technologies
