Job summary

DAC.digital Group is expanding its partnership with a telecommunications client and seeks a seasoned QA engineer to join our Polish team. The role centers on test automation for web and backend systems, with emphasis on API testing and CI/CD integration.

You will design and maintain automated test frameworks using Python, Robot Framework, and Playwright, and collaborate with Postman and Jira in an Agile setting. Some travel to conferences or events may be required.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English at C1 or higher.
• Extensive experience in test automation and QA for web and backend systems.
• Hands-on expertise in designing and maintaining automated test frameworks with Python, Robot Framework, and Playwright.
• Experience integrating automated tests into Jenkins CI/CD pipelines.
• Proficient in API testing with Postman.
• Familiar with Jira for test management and defect tracking.
• Experience working in Scrum or Kanban environments.
• Strong communication skills and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and improve automated test frameworks for web and backend systems.
• Write and execute automated tests using Python, Robot Framework, and Playwright.
• Build AI-powered test automation setups to enhance efficiency.
• Integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins) with reporting.
• Perform API testing and validation using Postman.

• 16 500 – 21 500 PLN net/month – pure B2B contract
• 14 500 – 19 000 PLN net/month – B2B contract (days off included)

It is vital that you have:

• fluency in English (min. C1);
• extensive experience in test automation and quality assurance for web and backend systems.

• proficient in API testing and validation using Postman, including request chaining, environment management, and test scripting.

• writing and executing automated test cases using Python, Robot Framework, and Playwright;
• building AI-powered test automation setups to enhance efficiency and coverage;
• integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins) for reliable execution and reporting;
• performing API testing and validation, including request chaining, environment setup, and test scripting using Postman;
• collaborating with the team on test management and defect tracking using Jira, supporting agile workflows.
