Qualifications

• Отличные коммуникационные навыки и умение сотрудничать в кросс-функциональной среде.
• Опыт координации QA-деятельности между внутренними командами и внешними партнёрами, планирование и управление рисками.
• 5+ лет опыта на должности Tech QA Analyst или аналогичной Senior QA-роли.
• Опыт участия в выпуске хотя бы одного AAA-игрового тайтла.
• Глубокое понимание методологий тестирования сложных систем: интеграционное, регрессионное, нагрузочное, стабильность.
• Знание тестирования технологий, построенных на игровых движках: Unreal, Unity, Godot, REDengine, REDkit.
• Опыт работы с CI/CD, пайплайнами сборки, RoboMerge и Perforce.
• Знание конвейеров контента и ассетов, умение выявлять системные риски конвейина.
• Тестирование across платформ: PC и консоли.
• Умение формировать стратегии тестирования для общих технологий.
• Опыт использования QA- инструментов, фреймворков автоматизации для повышения охвата и эффективности.
• Аналитическое мышление и системное видение рисков.
• Создание и поддержка технической документации, тест-планов и гайдлайнов качества.

• Свободное владение английским языком.

Responsibilities

• Проводить тестирование и верификацию общих движковых систем, инструментов и пайплайнов, включая производительность и cross-платформенные проверки.
• Разрабатывать, выполнять и оптимизировать повторно используемые тест-кейсы, тестовые наборы и планы тестирования для долговременной поддерживаемости.
• Сотрудничать с разработчиками, тестировщиками инструментов, техниками-артистами и командами проектов для выявления и устранения проблем.
• Анализировать результаты тестирования, выявлять корневые причины и предлагать решения для повышения устойчивости и внедрения общих технологий.
• Участвовать в оценке рисков, планировании качества и улучшении процессов.
• Создавать и улучшать отчеты и дашборды качества, используя данные и аналитические инструменты.
• Поддерживать техническую документацию по общим технологиям: охват тестирования, ограничения и лучшие практики QA.

CD PROJEKT RED creates story-driven role-playing games. Its Shared Tech QA function supports studio-wide technologies used across multiple products and teams, including engine systems, tools, pipelines, and cross-project features.

Conduct comprehensive testing and verification of shared engine systems, tools, pipelines, and cross-project features, including performance, stability, integration, and cross-platform checks Develop, execute, and optimize reusable test cases, test suites, and test plans for long-term maintainability and consistency across projects Collaborate with shared technology developers, tools programmers, technical artists, and downstream project teams to identify, document, and resolve issues Analyze test results, identify systemic root causes, and provide actionable insights to improve robustness, performance, and adoption of shared technologies Participate in risk assessments, quality strategy planning, and process improvements across projects and platform roadmaps Create and refine quality reports and dashboards using data and analytics tools to highlight cross-project trends and support strategic decision-making Maintain and improve technical documentation for shared technologies, including test coverage guidelines, known limitations, and QA best practices

Требования:

• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in a shared services environment
• Experience coordinating QA activities across internal teams and external partners, including planning, prioritization, timelines, and risk management
• 5+ Years of experience as a Tech QA Analyst or in a similar senior technical QA role
• Experience contributing to or supporting at least one shipped AA/AAA title
• Deep understanding of testing methodologies for complex systems, including integration, regression, performance, stress, and long-term stability testing
• Strong experience validating technologies built on or integrated with game engines, such as Unreal, Unity, Godot, REDengine, or REDkit
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, build system workflows, RoboMerge, and Perforce
• Knowledge of content and asset creation pipelines and ability to identify systemic pipeline risks
• Experience testing across multiple platforms and environments, including PC and major consoles
• Ability to design, own, and evolve test strategies for shared technologies used by multiple products and teams
• Experience using QA tools, automation frameworks, and diagnostic solutions to improve coverage, efficiency, and signal quality at scale
• Strong analytical and systems-thinking skills to identify cross-team risks and long-term improvement opportunities
• Experience creating and maintaining technical documentation, test plans, quality guidelines, and test reports
• Ability to mentor, guide, and support other QA team members through knowledge sharing and best practices; formal people management is not required
• Fluent in spoken and written English
• Passion for games and game development, with a strong sense of ownership over shared technology quality
