Responsibilities:

• developing and maintaining research toolkits for credit products and related analytics,
• designing and implementing frameworks for risk management and financial instrument analysis,
• building and enhancing P&L and attribution tools to support trading activities,
• creating dashboards to visualize performance, risk, and key business metrics,
• automating operational workflows to increase efficiency across teams,
• collaborating with business stakeholders to deliver effective and tailored solutions,
• writing clean, reliable, and high-performance production code,
• ensuring all solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with technology standards,
• supporting both ongoing and ad-hoc business projects as required.

Requirements:

• between 3-6 years of experience in quantitative development or software engineering, with proven exposure to fixed income products; familiarity with corporate credit instruments is a strong advantage,
• strong programming skills in Python required; knowledge of data science libraries such as Pandas, Numpy, Numba, or Scipy is beneficial,
• genuine enthusiasm for technology and innovation,
• willingness to continuously learn and develop new skills,
• proactive and self-driven approach to problem-solving,
