Job summary

Danfoss is seeking a Quality Trainee in Grodzisk Mazowiecki, Poland, to join the Quality team and gain hands-on experience in product quality, customer and supplier complaints, and quality processes in an international manufacturing environment.

You will work on real quality topics, including complaint handling, analysis of electronic controllers, and 8D reports, while building practical skills and learning how quality works in a global manufacturing organization.

Qualifications

• Student or graduate of a technical university seeking first practical experience in Quality.
• Good communication skills and ability to build relationships with colleagues and external partners.
• Communicative English skills and ability to communicate by email and phone.
• Good knowledge of MS Office and technical drawing; willing to develop quality-related knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Support the customer complaint process from Grodzisk Mazowiecki office.
• Support supplier complaint processing by preparing reports and coordinating shipment of products.
• Assist analysis of electronic controllers and prepare reports based on findings.
• Assist with analysis and evaluation of 8D reports and learn structured problem‑solving.
• Support Quality Engineers in working with suppliers and in data analysis and reporting.

The Impact You'll Make

Join our Quality team and gain hands‑on experience in product quality, customer and supplier complaints, and quality processes in an international manufacturing environment.

In this role, you’ll work with real quality topics — from supporting complaint handling and analyzing electronic controllers to working with 8D reports and quality data.

Your impact? You’ll support our Quality Engineers in analyzing issues, preparing reports and improving product and process quality, while building practical skills and learning how quality works in a global manufacturing organization.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Support the customer complaint process from our Grodzisk Mazowiecki office.
• Support supplier complaint processing by preparing reports, analyzing reported products and coordinating the shipment of products to suppliers.
• Support the analysis of electronic controllers and prepare reports based on the findings.
• Assist with the analysis and evaluation of 8D reports and learn how structured problem‑solving is applied in practice.
• Support Quality Engineers in working with suppliers, as well as with data analysis and reporting, including preparing charts and summaries.

What We're Looking For

• You are a student or graduate of a technical university and are looking to gain your first practical experience in Quality.
• You are communicative, open and comfortable building relationships with colleagues and external partners.
• You have communicative English skills and feel comfortable communicating by email and phone with internal teams and external partners.
• You have a good knowledge of MS Office and technical drawing and are willing to develop your technical and quality‑related knowledge.

Nice to have: an educational background or interest in electronics, as well as basic knowledge of problem‑solving tools such as 8D, Ishikawa and 5 WHY, or quality standards.
