The Luxury Collection – Hotel Bristol, Warsaw is seeking a Quality Manager to drive quality, continuous improvement, and service excellence across the property. You will partner with leadership to align operations with brand standards and guest expectations, and monitor metrics to identify improvement opportunities.

With 2+ years in hospitality, you will coach teams on TQM, lead audits, and promote exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in guest services, front office, housekeeping, hotel operations management, or related hospitality field.
• Coaches managers on Total Quality Management (TQM) leadership approach.
• Conducts audits to ensure compliance with brand standards.

A person in this role is responsible for fostering a culture of quality, continuous improvement, and service excellence throughout the property. Acting as a strategic partner to the leadership team, this individual ensures that operational practices, service standards, and quality initiatives are consistently aligned with organizational goals and guest expectations. By monitoring performance metrics, conducting quality assessments, and analyzing guest feedback, the role identifies opportunities to enhance operational effectiveness, strengthen service delivery, and drive overall business performance.

The Person in This Role:

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in guest services, front office, housekeeping, hotel operations management, or a related hospitality field.
• Coaches managers on adopting the Total Quality Management (TQM) leadership approach.
• Conducts audits to ensure compliance with company and brand standards.
• Makes and executes key operational decisions to support the achievement of property goals.
• Identifies and communicates key drivers of guest satisfaction for the brand's target customers.
• Advanced proficiency in both Polish and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Responds to and effectively resolves guest complaints and service challenges.
• Leads property quality initiatives focused on meeting critical customer requirements.
• Supports the implementation of regional and company-wide best practices.
• Models and promotes service behaviors that meet or exceed guest expectations.
