Job summary

Ein führendes Unternehmen im Qualitätsmanagement sucht einen erfahrenen Qualitätsmanager für seine Produktionsstätte in Polen. In dieser Rolle sind Sie verantwortlich für die Entwicklung von Qualitätsstandards sowie die Implementierung des SAP QM Moduls. Sie bringen mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung im Qualitätsmanagement mit, vorzugsweise in der Automobilindustrie. Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und die Fähigkeit zur Teamleitung sind ebenfalls erforderlich. Qualifications

• Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung im Qualitätsmanagement, vorzugsweise in der Automobilindustrie.
• Mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung in der Teamführung.
• Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.

Responsibilities

• Entwicklung und Management von Qualitätsstandards in der Produktionsanlage.
• Überwachung der Qualitätskontrollmaßnahmen.
• Vorbereitung von Qualitätsdokumentation.

Job description

Ihre Aufgaben

• Developing and management of quality standards and procedures in production plant
• Implementation and monitoring of quality control measures
• Ensuring product compliance with quality standards (IATF 16949, ISO 9001) and customer requirements
• Implementation of SAP quality management module
• Preparation of quality documentation
• Planning and supervision of the implementation of audits
• Supervision of subcontractors to ensure that they meet the quality requirements of components and finished devices manufactured by Dürr
• Managing internal/external complaints, maintaining constant contact with suppliers and customers
• Collaborate with all departments in the organization to effectively implement corrective and preventive actions
• Reporting the status of production with suppliers
• Solving current problems regarding quality requirements
• Analysis of technical and quality documentation
• Analysis of qualitative data, implementation of corrective and preventive actions.

Ihr Profil

• Higher technical education in mechanics or mechatronics
• Knowledge of quality tools (PDCA, 8D, A3, Ishikawa, FMEA, 5S, 5Why)
• Experience in quality management, goal setting and team development
• At least 5 years of professional experience in quality management, preferably in Automotive industryMinimum 3 years of team management experience
• Well-developed organizational and communication skills, ability to work in a team as part of a global corporation
• Analytical thinking, creativity, accuracy, independence, selves organization
• Ability to manage a team and motivate people to achieve ambitious goals
• Very good ability to read technical documentation and technical drawings
• Good knowledge of spoken and written English
• Willingness to travel on business, category B driving license
