Job summary

Xylem is seeking a Quality Control professional in Poland to support pre-delivery inspections, interpret technical drawings, and manage measurement equipment. You will prepare control reports, ensure data integrity, and maintain 5S standards in the workspace.

The role requires experience in manufacturing QC, analytical skills, and ability to work with Excel and quality procedures. English reading skills and ISO knowledge are beneficial for documentation and compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience in quality control within a manufacturing environment.
• Basic knowledge of quality standards and inspection processes.
• Ability to identify non-conformities and support corrective actions.
• Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to work in shifts (if applicable).
• Basic English skills enabling reading technical documentation and quality procedures.
• Understanding of ISO 9001 and 14001 quality management system principles.
• Responsibility for maintaining traceability and quality records.
• Commitment to health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Responsibilities

• Pre-delivery inspection of finished goods according to checklist, preparation of quality certificates.
• Knowledge about technical drawings, ability to read and interpret.
• Knowledge and use of measuring and control equipment (calipers, micrometers, altimeters, bore gauges, go-no go gauges).
• Preparing control reports and safe storage of collected data in Excel.
• Take care of used measurement equipment.
• Keep order on the work area according to 5S standards.
