Job summary

Philips in Poland seeks a Junior Quality Inspector on a 12-month fixed-term contract to verify EU MDR documentation and support Markets Supply Chain verification activities.

You will manage quality documentation, assist inspections and the Quality department, and collaborate across teams in a hybrid office setting. Fluent English, a university degree, and at least 6 months of quality experience are expected, in a regulated environment with strong attention to detail.

• Minimum 6 months of professional experience, preferably in quality.
• Experience working in a regulated environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively with documentation.

Responsibilities

• Support EU MDR verification activities in Markets Supply Chain.
• Verify compliance with applicable quality regulations and standards.
• Assist in execution and review of inspections conducted by the team.
• Manage quality-related documentation.
• Provide administrative support to the Quality department.
• Support the inspection team in day-to-day activities.
