Job summary

Vestas in Goleniow, Poland, is seeking a Group Lead for the Quality Department. You will oversee approximately 50 Quality Inspectors, ensuring safe operations, rigorous quality controls, and continuous improvement across all processes in a fast-paced production environment.

You will collaborate with the Quality Manager to secure compliance, implement corrective actions, and maintain world-class standards. This role suits a structured, detail-oriented leader ready to shape the future of quality

Qualifications

Experience in leading a team.
Experience and knowledge of quality inspections.
Bachelor’s degree in Quality discipline.
ISO9001 knowledge.
Fluent in English and Polish.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Secure a safe working environment across all process areas and maintain robust quality control practices.
Ensure all quality requirements are met in accordance with the established control plan.
Identify non-conformities and coordinate timely corrective and preventive actions.
Oversee employee training to align with the training and development program.
Manage and allocate resources per the Quality Technicians polyvalence matrix across all process areas.
Drive effective implementation and continuous maintenance of 5S standards within the assigned area.
