Job summary

Glamox Group in Poland seeks a Quality Assurance Engineer to join our manufacturing and supplier quality teams. You will drive investigations, root-cause analyses and CAPA actions to secure high standards across projects and international teams.

You will develop and update quality documentation and control plans, participate in supplier audits, and contribute to continuous improvement in a leading lighting group with global reach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field.
• Experience in quality management, complaint handling, manufacturing, or supplier quality.
• Knowledge of 8D, RCA and CAPA methodologies.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 quality management systems.
• Ability to read technical drawings and work with technical documentation.
• English proficiency at least B2.
• Practical knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications.
• Strong analytical thinking with problem-solving skills.
• Independence, accountability and good organizational skills.
• Willingness to cooperate with customers, suppliers and international teams.
• Nice to have IPC-A-610/IPC-A-600 knowledge, audits experience, driving license B, SEP up to 1 kV.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer complaints and coordinate investigations.
• Conduct root cause analyses and manage 8D/CAPA activities.
• Collaborate with suppliers to resolve quality issues.
• Monitor supplier quality performance and drive improvements.
• Participate in supplier audits and qualification processes.
• Analyze quality data and prepare reports and KPIs.
• Support production, engineering, procurement and project teams.
• Participate in internal and external audits.
• Develop and update quality documents, work instructions, procedures and control plans.
• Foster continuous improvement and a quality culture across the organization.
