Job summary

Woodward Inc. is seeking a quality professional to support MRO operations in a regulated aerospace environment in Poland.

You will ensure compliance with EASA Part 145 and FAA requirements, review records and certification packages, and assist with NCR investigations and CAPA implementations. You will also conduct audits, review technical data, and monitor quality metrics while collaborating with Operations, Engineering, Planning and Certifying staff to resolve issues and drive continuous

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, Aerospace, or related field required or preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in aerospace quality, preferably in MRO/Part 145 environments.
• Knowledge of EASA Part 145, FAA regulations, and AS9100 quality systems.
• Experience with non-conformance management and root cause analysis.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, manuals and specs.
• Experience supporting customer and regulatory audits.

Responsibilities

What You Will Need:
