Job summary

Zeta Cable is a Polish manufacturer of wiring harnesses and electronics assembly based in Krakow. We seek an experienced Quality Engineer to join our team and help ensure high-quality products and continuous improvement.

You will oversee product quality, analyze and resolve issues, and supervise quality management systems. Collaboration with other departments and training of staff are essential to our success.

Qualifications

• Higher technical education in quality management, production management or engineering.
• Experience as a quality engineer in a production environment.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 quality management system.
• Familiarity with quality tools: 5S, 8D, Ishikawa and FMEA.
• Analytical thinking, independence and precision in work.
• Strong communicativeness and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the quality of products manufactured by the company.
• Analyze and resolve quality issues.
• Supervise quality management systems, auditing and continuous improvement.
• Cooperate with other departments to improve product quality.
• Train employees on product quality and production processes.
