You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate customer needs into robust processes and support ESG-related documentation. The role offers hybrid work with office presence and international exposure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or an equivalent field.
• 2–3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Food industry background preferred.
• Knowledge of European language is a strong asset.

Responsabilités

• Provide professional, accurate, and timely responses to customer documentation and quality-related requests.
• Serve as a key contact for customer documentation topics and support investigations where documentation aspects are involved.
• Review and assess customer requirements, ensuring effective implementation within quality management systems.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to evaluate requirements and discuss feasibility.
• Analyze customer inquiries and trends to identify recurring topics and process improvements.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying enhancement opportunities and monitoring implementation.
• Review projects to evaluate impact on documentation processes and ESG requirements.
• Communicate emerging customer expectations across the organization.
