Job summary

A global automotive solutions provider in Poland is seeking a Quality Specialist to lead digitalization projects and apply quality tools across its plants. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor of Science in an Engineering or Technical field, with at least 3 years of operational Quality experience, preferably in the automotive sector. Responsibilities include managing quality tools and supporting continuous improvement. The position offers a hybrid work model with three days in the office in Lublin.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years operational Quality or Industrial experience, preferably in automotive.
• Very good understanding of Quality and manufacturing Standards.
• Willingness to work in a hybrid mode - 3 days from the office in Lublin.

• Apply Quality Core tools and support regional quality teams.
• Identify needs for improvement of operational Quality processes.
