Job summary

Johnson & Johnson’s DePuy Synthes Warsaw site seeks a CQ Specialist DC PL to uphold quality compliance across distribution center operations. You will help maintain QA processes, document controls, and support audits to ensure patient safety and regulatory adherence.

You will collaborate with DC Ops, Supply Chain, and QARA, driving continuous improvement and adherence to GxP and ISO standards within an international team.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with strong quality management foundation.
• Experience with QMS in regulated environments (medical devices/pharma) preferred.
• Attention to detail and ability to work in cross-functional, international teams.

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain quality processes for DC operations, ensuring compliance with internal systems and regulatory requirements.
• Document QA and compliance activities including CAPA and deviations.
• Prepare and update quality documentation (procedures, work instructions, records, reports).
• Support internal audits, inspections, and follow-up on findings.
• Collaborate with DC Ops, Supply Chain, and QARA teams to apply quality standards consistently.
• Monitor quality data and trends to identify process improvements.
• Assist in implementing new quality processes and regulatory requirements.
