Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a scientific, engineering, quality, or related discipline.
  • Advanced degree in Quality, Regulatory, or Life Sciences preferred.
  • Foundational knowledge of Quality Management Systems and controlled documentation.

Responsibilities

  • Support the execution and maintenance of the Quality Management System (QMS) in line with internal procedures and global regulations.
  • Process, document, and track product complaints ensuring timely resolution.
  • Support complaint investigations with data collection, trend analysis, and action follow-up.
  • Assist regulatory reporting related to complaints, adverse events, and vigilance requirements.
  • Maintain quality records and data integrity across quality systems and databases.
