Job summary
Incora is seeking a Quality Compliance Engineer to join our Audit & Compliance team in Poland. You will conduct internal audits, support certifications, and apply AS9100/AS9120 requirements across processes. The role requires 2–5 years in aerospace or related industry, engineering degree, and English B2+.

Qualifications
- 2–5 years in aerospace, automotive, or related technical industry.
- Experience conducting internal audits against AS9100/AS9120.
- Engineering degree or equivalent.
- Knowledge of QMS and compliance processes.
- English at B2 level or higher.
Responsibilities
- Conduct internal audits per Incora standards.
- Support Customer and Certification Body audits.
- Apply AS9100/AS9120 to processes and operations.
- Coordinate QMS changes, document control, updates.
- Support process reviews and documentation development.
- Assist owners in closing audit findings and nonconformities.
- Lead and support continuous improvement in Quality.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to drive compliance.
