Vantive is seeking an entry-level Quality Assurance professional to join the Technical Services Operations team across EMEA. You will work with international teams to maintain quality processes in a medical device environment.

No prior professional experience is required; a related degree and language skills (English and French, B2) are valued. The role supports ISO 9001/13485 compliance, fosters collaboration with Field Operations and QA teams, and offers a hybrid work model with Warsaw office

ABOUT THE ROLE

• Help ensure Technical Services Operations processes and procedures across EMEA meet applicable regulatory requirements, the Vantive Corporate Quality Manual, and ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 standards.
• Play an active role in maintaining quality processes across EMEA field operations.
• Support compliance with quality assurance requirements across front-office, back-office, and field service activities.
• Work closely with Field Operations, the QATS team, and other key stakeholders, including CQA and SQA, to support quality across operations.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

Education

A degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering, an equivalent technical or technology field, Biomedical Sciences, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related discipline.

Experience

This is an entry-level opportunity, so no prior professional experience is required.

Knowledge or practical experience gained through your studies, internships, placements, or projects in Quality, Engineering, Technical Services, Medical Devices, or a related field would be an advantage.

Skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across functions and with international teams.
• Good organizational skills, attention to detail, and an eagerness to learn.
• An analytical mindset and a practical approach to problem-solving.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team in a quality-focused environment.

Language skills

• English: B2 in speaking, writing, and reading.

• French: B2 in speaking, writing, and reading.

Computer skills

• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
