About the Department

The Engineering team supports the implementation of production technologies and continuous improvement of blade manufacturing processes. The team ensures product quality, supports new product introductions, and drives cost reduction through process optimization and compliance.

Responsibilities
  • Lead or support new product and process introductions, including testing, documentation review, and operator training.
  • Monitor and update production technologies by initiating and implementing engineering and quality change requests.
  • Conduct risk analysis for process modifications in line with BMS standards.
  • Manage mold-related activities including introduction, maintenance, and repair.
  • Support daily production operations with defect analysis, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with HSE, Quality, and Material & Resource teams to resolve issues and improve performance.
Qualifications
  • Associate degree or vocational technical training (University degree preferred for advanced roles).
  • 1–3+ years of relevant experience in manufacturing or engineering.
  • Experience with technical documentation (e.g., Work Instructions, control plans).
  • Knowledge of problem-solving methods and product quality attributes.
  • Functional understanding of ERP systems and production environments.
  • Analytical Thinking – Ability to assess complex technical issues and propose effective solutions.
  • Structured and Disciplined – Works methodically, follows procedures, and maintains high standards of accuracy.
  • Innovative Mindset – Open to new ideas and capable of contributing to process improvements and engineering innovations.
  • Problem-Solving Skills – Proficient in identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.
