Job summary

Playtika ищет специалиста по Quality Assurance с опытом автоматизации для работы над мобильными играми. В обязанности входит тестирование новых фич, настройка регрессионного тестирования и интеграция тестов в CI/CD.

Кандидат должен владеть Python/JavaScript, иметь опыт с Appium/Selenium/Playwright и уметь работать с Jira. Предусмотрены бонусы и поддержка стартап-активностей в динамичном окружении.

Qualifications

• Опыт QA не менее 4 лет, желательно в мобильных играх или быстром выпуске продукта.
• Практический опыт автоматизации тестирования с Appium, Selenium, Playwright или аналогами.
• Умение писать скрипты на Python или JavaScript для автоматизации тестов.
• Знакомство с CI/CD и системами отслеживания дефектов (Jira или аналог).
• Удобное использование ИИ-инструментов (Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot) в работе.
• Способность мониторить живые системы, анализировать данные и работать вне рамок обычной QA-обязанностей.
• Желателен опыт игр жанра casual/social casino, live-ops инструменты, A/B тесты.

Responsibilities

• Тестирование новых фич, билдов и механик игр на iOS, Android и Web.
• Разработка и выполнение тест-планов, исследовательское тестирование и регрессионное тестирование перед релизами.
• Написание понятных баг-репортов и их отслеживание до решения.
• Валидация исправлений и утверждение кандидатов на релиз.
• Разработка и поддержка автоматизированных UI, API и регрессионных тестов.
• Интеграция автоматических тестов в CI/CD пайплайн.
• Определение следующих сфер автоматизации по мере роста игры.
• Использование инструментов ИИ для ускорения генерации тест-кейсов, скриптов и triage багов.
• Мониторинг здоровья игры через дашборды, KPI, краши и ошибки.
• Эскалация проблем продакшена и координация исправлений.
• Поддержка live-ops, включая настройки событий, загрузку в магазины и релиз-координацию.
• Поддержание чек-листов выпуска, оповещений и документации.

• Test new features, builds, and game mechanics across iOS, Android, and Web


• Design and execute test plans, exploratory testing, and regression passes before releases


• Write clear, reproducible bug reports and track them to resolution


• Validate fixes and sign off on release candidates


• Build and maintain automated UI, API, and regression test suites


• Integrate automated tests into the CI/CD pipeline


• Identify what should be automated next as the game grows


• Use AI-assisted tools to speed up test case generation, script writing, and bug triage


• Monitor live game health through dashboards, KPIs, crash reports, and error rates


• Triage and elevate production issues and help coordinate fixes


• Support live-ops activities, including config pushes, event setups, app store submissions, and release coordination


• Maintain lean and reliable release checklists, monitoring alerts, and documentation

Требования

• 4+ Years of QA experience, ideally in mobile gaming or another fast-shipping consumer product


• Hands‑on experience with test automation frameworks such as Appium, Selenium, Playwright, or similar


• Comfortable scripting in Python, JavaScript, or similar languages to build and maintain automated tests


• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and bug tracking tools such as Jira or similar


• Genuine comfort using AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or Copilot in daily work


• Comfortable monitoring live systems, analyzing data, and handling work beyond a strict QA job description when needed


• Self‑driven, low‑ego, and comfortable with ambiguity


• Comfortable building processes rather than waiting for them


• Nice to have: experience with casual or social casino games, live‑ops tooling, remote config or A/B testing platforms, interpreting data and dashboards to spot issues, experience in a small studio or startup environment
