Job summary

Qualifications

• Background in computer science, software engineering, or related field.
• Extensive experience testing native mobile apps on iOS and Android.
• Knowledge of mobile dev environments, testing tools, and UI testing practices.
• Ability to investigate issues and perform root-cause analysis.
• Familiarity with Wi‑Fi and BLE connectivity.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Willingness to adapt and explore new testing techniques.
• Interest in improving quality processes and learning from failures.
• Nice to have: experience with qTest, Jira, Amplitude, Figma, Proxyman, ADB.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with PMs, designers, and engineers to understand feature requirements and testing needs.
• Develop and execute test cases for new mobile features and releases.
• Create test plans covering scope, strategy, and risk areas for major releases.
• Identify, document, and track defects while supporting investigation and resolution.
• Verify bug fixes and ensure issues are resolved before release.
• Communicate testing progress and quality status to stakeholders.
• Contribute to maintaining the overall quality of the Jabra Enhance Select mobile app.

• Be familiar with connectivity features such as Wi-Fi and Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE)
• Communicate clearly and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Have a curious mindset, willingness to adjust, and interest in investigating alternative testing techniques
• Enjoy improving quality processes and turning failures into learning opportunities
• Nice to have: Experience with qTest, Jira, Amplitude, Figma, Proxyman, ADB (Android Debug Bridge), or similar tools
