Job summary

Jabra Hearing ищет тестировщика мобильных приложений для Enhance Select. Ваша задача — разрабатывать и выполнять тест‑кейсы для новых функций, создавать планы тестирования и отслеживать дефекты до релиза.

Кандидат должен хорошо владеть iOS и Android, уметь анализировать проблемы и предлагать улучшения процессов тестирования. Предусмотрен гибкий график и работа в международной команде.

Qualifications

• Опыт тестирования нативных мобильных приложений на iOS и Android.
• Понимание мобильных сред разработки, инструментов тестирования и UI-тестирования.
• Умение расследовать проблемы и находить коренные причины.
• Опыт работы в кросс‑функциональных командах и четкая коммуникация.

Responsibilities

• Разрабатывать и выполнять тест-кейсы для новых функций и выпусков продукта.
• Создавать планы тестирования, охватывающие объем, стратегию и риски релизов.
• Идентифицировать, документировать и отслеживать дефекты; поддерживать расследование и решение.
• Проверять исправления и удостоверяться, что проблемы устранены перед релизом.
• Сообщать о ходе тестирования и статусе качества заинтересованным сторонам.
• Поддерживать общее качество мобильного приложения Jabra Enhance Select.

Jabra Hearing helps people hear better through convenient, personalized hearing care powered by telemedicine and intelligent audio technology. The company develops the Jabra Enhance Select mobile application and combines healthcare innovation with advanced audio engineering to make hearing care more accessible and affordable.

Задачи

• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to understand feature requirements and testing needs;


• Develop and execute test cases for new mobile features and product releases;


• Create test plans covering scope, strategy, and risk areas for major releases;


• Identify, document, and track defects while supporting investigation and resolution;


• Verify bug fixes and ensure issues are properly resolved before release;


• Communicate testing progress and quality status to stakeholders;


• Contribute to maintaining the overall quality of the Jabra Enhance Select mobile application.

Требования

• Background in computer science, software engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience;


• Extensive experience testing native mobile applications on both iOS and Android platforms;


• Understanding of mobile development environments, testing tools, and UI testing practices;


• Ability to investigate issues and perform root cause analysis;


• Familiarity with Wi-Fi and Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE);


• Clear communication and effective collaboration with cross-functional teams;


• Curiosity, adaptability, and interest in investigating alternative testing techniques;


• Interest in improving quality processes and turning failures into learning opportunities;


• Nice to have: Experience with qTest, Jira, Amplitude, Figma, Proxyman, ADB (Android Debug Bridge), or similar tools.
