Job summary

Box Poland is seeking a QA Engineer to support Salesforce-based sales and customer success systems. You will develop test plans, automate tests, and ensure quality across changes that impact revenue and customer experience.

You will collaborate with product, engineering, and operations to maintain robust validation across deployments. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in Salesforce testing or CRM testing, strong skills in writing test cases, and hands-on experience with Jira, X-ray, Salesforce,

Qualifications

Educational background with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
2+ years of experience preferably in Salesforce testing or any other CRM system, functional testing, and automation testing
Proficiency in writing test cases and test plans for functional, automation, and regression testing
Experience with tools such as Jira, X-ray (for writing test cases), Salesforce, Cursor/Claude/OpenAI (any AI tool used to automate testing activities)
Demonstrated expertise in quality defect tracking, auditing, and testing processes
Excellent communication skills both verbally and in written form
Ability to work in matrixed team environment while maintaining organization and accurate tracking of deliverables

Responsibilities

Develop and execute test plans for Salesforce-based sales and customer success systems to ensure high quality of changes and solutions released
Oversee the review and execution of UAT test cases for Salesforce-based sales and customer success systems while accurately documenting defects using approved standards, processes, and tools
Create and maintain test automation and performance scripts with the goal of growing our automation library, regression suite and automating daily activities
Identify operational bottlenecks and areas of improvement within Salesforce-based sales and customer success processes, working towards streamlining operations and enhancing efficiency
Create and maintain training materials and operating manuals that support QA standards specific to Salesforce and NPI systems
Estimate the level of effort required for testing enhancements and projects related to Salesforce-bassed sales and customer success, ensuring thorough testing coverage
Provide regular reports on the quality of products, software development lifecycle processes, as well as recommendations to delivery teams regarding the risk associated with promoting solutions for production use in relation to Salesforce-based sales and customer success systems
