Job summary

Digital Forms is looking for an experienced Test Lead in Poland to define and deliver the Testing and AI Validation Strategy for a high-impact solution in a regulated industry. You will design comprehensive testing strategies and manage end-to-end testing efforts including validation for AI components.

The ideal candidate will have strong skills in QA strategy, hands-on automation experience, and a solid understanding of privacy standards. Full-time availability with some overlap with USA clients is required.

Qualifications

• Experience defining end-to-end testing strategies for complex solutions.
• Experience in designing and executing E2E tests for complex systems.
• Proven ability to validate AI models.
• Experience strategizing and managing test data across environments.
• Ability to track and report on specific QA metrics.
• Good communication skills (written and verbal).

Responsibilities

• Own the QA Strategy and define comprehensive Testing and AI Validation.
• Execute functional, regression, exploratory, performance, and load tests.
• Coordinate end-to-end validation efforts with the client team.
• Integrate testing activities into the CI/CD pipeline.
• Provide regular reporting, tracking key QA metrics.
