Job summary

Radiometer in Stargard (Danaher) is hiring a QA Engineer, Customer Complaints, to support complaint intake and investigations. You will collaborate with R&D, Operations, and the Service organization to streamline processes and enable compliant, efficient operations.

The role requires a university degree in quality-focused disciplines, strong English communication, and 1.5–5 years in medical device QA or related fields. Travel 1–3x per year and driving eligibility are expected.

Qualifications

• University degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Very good (min. B2) verbal and written English.
• Experience in medical device QA, pharma, or related manufacturing/service areas.

Responsibilities

• Handle intake of customer complaints from Radiometer subsidiaries.
• Collaborate with investigators in R&D and Operations.
• Improve Global Customer Complaint process with process owners.
• Work with Radiometer Service to enhance service-related procedures.
• Support audits and regulatory inspections.
