Job summary

HSBC Krakow is seeking a QA Tester to deliver manual and automated testing, write and run automation scripts, and document results. You will collaborate with Production Support, Test Management, Solution Delivery and Business Analysts to confirm requirements and testing approaches.

Ideal candidates have at least three years in international IT testing, English fluency, and hands-on experience with SQL, SoapUI, Jira and Confluence. ISTQB is a plus, with a strong eye for detail and risk awareness.

Qualifications

University degree or equivalent higher education.
At least three years of professional IT testing experience in an international environment.
Experience with test management tools and collaboration platforms (Jira/Confluence).
Fluency in English and strong analytical skills.
Experience in banking or payments systems is a plus.
ISTQB certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

Perform manual and automated testing activities.
Document test results, log defects and monitor status.
Review project documentation and align on testing approaches.
Collaborate with Production Support, Test Management, Solution Delivery and Business Analysts.
Identify issues and risks and escalate as needed.
Create, run and analyse automated test scripts.
