Job summary

Veeam is seeking a Middle/Senior QA Automation Engineer (Java) to join the team working on the Veeam Backup for Salesforce. You will design testing strategies, implement automated tests across backend and frontend layers, and contribute to tool development and test documentation.

The role requires Java, SQL, REST/HTTP know-how and familiarity with Playwright, Docker, Azure DevOps, and Spring Boot. Warsaw-based with hybrid work options and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Java programming and SQL querying.
• Experience with API testing and REST/SOAP protocols.
• Familiarity with Playwright and automated testing tools.
• Hands-on with Spring Boot and test frameworks (JUnit, Jupiter).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Azure DevOps.
• Knowledge of distributed systems and test design.

Responsibilities

• Develop testing strategies for software products.

Knowledge of programming languages: Kotlin

Knowledge of relational database operation

Experience in load testing

Experience in working with large volumes of data and data quality testing
