Job summary

Us3 Ltd is seeking an experienced QA Automation Engineer to join on a 6-month contract in Poland (onsite). You will design and maintain automated tests across frontend, API and backend, integrate tests into CI/CD, and drive performance testing using tools like JMeter or Locust.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Software Engineering or Quality Engineering with a focus on test automation.
• Strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and QA best practices.
• Hands-on experience with frontend automation tools such as Selenium and/or Playwright.
• Experience with API and backend testing and automation using Postman, Bruno, Spring WebTestClient or WireMock.
• Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with performance testing tools such as JMeter, Gatling or Locust.
• Understanding of micro-frontend architecture and integration boundaries.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.

We are looking for an experienced QA Automation Engineer to join our team on a 6-month contract. You will play a key role in driving software quality through test automation, API testing, CI/CD integration and performance testing.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain automated test strategies, plans and scripts.
• Build and maintain frontend E2E, integration, visual regression and synthetic tests.
• Develop and maintain automated API and backend tests.
• Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines.
• Perform performance testing and analyse results using appropriate tools and quality metrics.
• Translate business and technical requirements into effective automated test scenarios.
• Work closely with developers and product teams to identify, investigate and resolve quality issues.
• Take ownership of QA activities and promote quality best practices across projects.
• 4+ years of experience in Software Engineering or Quality Engineering, with a strong focus on test automation.

• Experience with security testing, using tools such as OWASP ZAP or Burp Suite.
• Experience with accessibility testing, including WCAG standards and automated accessibility checks.
• Experience with localisation testing, including regional formats, fallback behaviour and right‑to‑left layouts.
• Experience taking ownership of QA across software development projects.
